REFUND policy

We at bframe work with amazing artists and printers to make sure that all the work we sell is archivally printed to the highest standards. Meaning we’re pretty sure you’ll be thrilled with your purchase! But if something hasn’t gone according to plan, please review our policies below and contact us so we can try and make it right.

Exchanges, Returns, or Refunds

All sales are final however, exchanges, returns, or refunds may be issued in special circumstances. You must request a refund, or other such requests, in writing within 5 days of receipt to info@bframe.art and our team will review your request. Please allow 5-7 business days for confirmation and additional time to process approved returns. Please feel free to contact us for any return questions at info@bframe.art. 

 Damages and Issues 
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Customers are responsible for paying additional shipping and handling fees to have the order re-shipped, if available. The buyer assumes all responsibility for claims made with the shipping carrier. Shipping times are estimated and are not guaranteed. We cannot guarantee arrival dates once your package is in the possession of the carrier. 

Lost or Stolen Packages
bframe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
